Return & Refund Policy

For hygiene reasons press-on nails cannot be resold, so returns are limited — but Kelly will always try to make things right.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your set arrives damaged or it isn't what you ordered, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.

Sets that have already been applied cannot be returned or exchanged.
